2. Reserve the property
When you submit a booking request, the property is blocked until the owner responds to your request (up to a maximum of 24 hours). When the owner accepts, your payment method will automatically be debited. This is why we take your payment details.
First payment: As an additional security measure, your first payment will be made through Spotahome. We will transfer this money to the owner 48 hours after your arrival, unless you contact us with a problem.
Booking fee: To cover our audit and customer service teams.
3. Confirmation
As soon as the owner accepts the booking, your originally selected payment method will be automatically debited. We’ll put you in touch with the owner by email to arrange your arrival, your key collection and the transfer of the documents mentioned in the owner’s conditions.

4. Entry date
That’s it, this home is yours! The owner is now your main contact. However, LocalsDreams remains at your disposal should you encounter any communication difficulties.
All you have to do now is collect your keys and sign your lease. The first payment you made at the start of your booking request will be transferred to the owner 48 hours after your arrival.
Important
Don’t forget, when you sign the contract, that you’ll have to pay the landlord the deposit, as well as any other charges specified in the landlord’s accommodation conditions.
