The bedroom has a sliding wooden wall that separates the bedroom from the living room, or opens up to transform the apartment into a Studio. Air conditioning and independent heating in both environments. Convertible sofa in the living room opens up to the standard size of the double bed. Blackout curtains keep out the light.
Beautiful apartment ideal for students, young families and couples. The apartment is fully equipped and recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the many restaurants in the neighborhood – supermarkets and stores are within walking distance.
How to reserve
With LocalDreams, in-person tours are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property, retrieves all the information you need to make your decision so you can see it online.
You can reserve the property by simply providing some information until we give you an answer. As a reminder, you will not be charged until the owner has confirmed.
The owner has 24 hours to reply to your booking request. If he accepts, we will deduct the agreed amount and put you in contact with the owner. If he refuses, don’t worry, we won’t deduct anything and we’ll help you find an alternative.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our top priority.
Once your reservation at this establishment has been accepted, we will ask you for additional information. This will only take a few minutes, and you will only need the following documents:
- ID or passport
- Proof of solvency
- Payment of rent by direct debit
Choose your move-in date, and collect your keys directly from the owner. To be on the safe side, we transfer the first week’s rent to the landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you inform us of a problem.
- Remember: you have 24 hours to check out your new home.
If the property is significantly different from what our listing promised, let us know within 24 hours of you moving in so we can work to resolve it.
- LocalsDreams will monitor the rental conditions of this property to provide the best possible experience.If you leave the property before the end of the contract period, you must give us 30 days’ notice. Otherwise, you are liable to pay rent for those days, even if the property has already been vacated.

After Owner Approval:
- Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival – Full refund of initial payment.
- Cancellation between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival – 50% refund of initial payment.
- Cancellation 29 days or less prior to arrival – Non-refundable

If the owner cancels your booking without notice, we will either (A) pay for a hotel room and help you find alternative accommodation, or (B) refund your money in full. - You have 24 hours to inspect the property
