My reservation has been accepted, now what?
You’ll pay the LocalsDreams fee and the first month’s rent. This money will remain safe until you move in.
We’ll put you in touch with your landlord to arrange your arrival times.
The only thing you need to do is relax – you’re ready to move!
What is a Homechecker?
Homecheckers are people who visit properties for you.
You can trust Homecheckers. They are your eyes and ears in each of our cities because they live there. And we give them weekly feedback to help them, and to help you.
Our Homecheckers operate online only.
What if I don't like the property I've moved into?
You have 24 hours to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been taken advantage of or that our advert was significantly different from what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live.
If there are more serious problems, we can cover the cost of a hotel, or refund payment if necessary.
